Geltendorf station is just a few kilometers from Kaltenberg and has connections to the S-Bahn and regional trains.

Scheduled shuttle bus to the Kaltenberg Knights Tournament:
During the Kaltenberg Knights Tournament, a scheduled shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes to Kaltenberg and back from Geltendorf railroad station (bus stop north) for a fee.
We will make the timetables available to you here on this page in good time before the first weekend of the event.
The last S-Bahn from Geltendorf to Munich leaves at 1:54 am.
Prices for the scheduled shuttle bus (the EUR 49 ticket is not valid here!):
Single journey adult: EUR 3.45
Single journey child: EUR 2.00
Hike to Kaltenberg:
You can reach Kaltenbeg on foot from Geltendorf train station in about an hour. In Geltendorf, turn left onto the “Heuweg” and you have a scenic hike ahead of you on the way to the tournament. You can find detailed directions here: Link to Goople-Maps.
